Brenda, Hi..I am a loyal fan who has read every book in the Westmorland and Madaris series. I am very excited about Truly Everlasting movie and was glad to see you have a site with updates. I do have to share that I was a little taken aback with your selection for Syneda. She looks nothing like what you describe in your books. All of the other main characters fit your descriptions but her. You describe her as someone with fair coloring and the picture of the actor is dark skinned and does not look like someone of mixed race. Were you not able to find the caliber of actor who fit the description?

Hello Brenda, I just want to thank for all of the amazing books I've blessed to read. I read alot of the Madaris series, just recently read my first of the Steele series(love it, ok course). Hello Brenda, my daughter and I rush to our favorite book store each month to purchase your latest book. We love each of the series of the Westmoreland's and the Madaris families. When we discuss them in mixed company, people think that we are talking about our families. Thank you for your great work. Keep up the good work and be blessed.

I just recently started reading your books and I fell in love with the Madaris Family from the first book, I have never been into reading but since picking up my first novel I can truly say that I have been really missing out, thanks for making my reading experience wonderful and I truly believe that you are an gifted writer.

I truly love your books. There are nights when I am up till 2:00 in the morning cause I can't put the book down. God has truly blessed you with a gift. Keep it coming. In my home area it is hard to find books by African Americans. It is nice to know that there are great books out there by some talented authors.

I just want to let you know that I'm hooked on your Madaris novels! I first started with what I consider the best novel I've read, The Ties That Bind. I had to find out what other books you've written because it was just that good! I can honestly say I'm a fan and I pray that God will continue to bless you with more novels. Hello Brenda, I am a 40 yrd old Nigerian female and live in Lagos, Nigeria. I got introduced to your books about 5 or 7 years ago and have been hooked ever since. Before then, I didnt know there were decent multi-cultural romance novels in print. I cant explain what reading one of your novels is like. Its like reading a story i could have told myself if only i had the words. And its not just because of the cultural heritage we share because that on its own cannot make a good read. The characters are so real, the thoughts and the way words are expressed. I would really love to know how you hone your craft because there are so many writers out there but very few really get it! And know how to develop a character, weave a story and lock the reader in. Unfortunately, your books are not routinely sold in Nigeria but i have to go through a round-about way to get them using international e-purchase and delivery services etc so i end up paying 2 or 3 times the cost.. But believe me, i have no regrets for the ever-rising pile of Brenda Jackson books in my personal space....
