Good morning Mrs Jackson! How are you? Just wanted to say that I loved Uriel and Ellie story in" Untamed Bachelor". I really loved how she flip the script on Uriel when she went to his house. As for Uriel's dad and Vanessa Steele's mother getting together,......when can we expect their love story? I need to completed my Westmoreland's series. I'm missing Chase's, Jared's and Durango's stories. Can I purchase them from your store, or when will they be reissued in the stores. Enjoy your day!!!!
Yes, you can expect something from Vanessa's Mom and Uriel's Dad in a future Brenda Jackson book. Next year in January 2011 a book titled Ignited by Passion will feature Stone and Storm's stories, and then in February 2011, Claimed by Desire will feature Jared and Chase's stories. Durango and Ian is scheduled for January 2012. I hope you enjoy your day as well.

I just started reading your books about six months ago and have fallen in love with your writing. I've read four or five of the westmoreland series and have to get the rest of them. You have become on of my favorite authors. Keep up the great work. Hopefully one day you'll do a book signing in Detroit.
Victoria, yes, I do hope so. I have family in Detroit. Thanks for reading my books!

Hi Brenda..I started reading your books about a year ago and I love your style. I have read at least 25 and I just want to say you are AWESOME. Keep writing about the Westmorelands, Steeles and Madaris' I can't get enough. PS My husband loves your books as well, although he doesn't read them.
Sheri, if your husband doesn't read them, then how can he like them??? Umm, I have an idea. I'm glad a Brenda Jackson book has become a family affair at your house. Need I say more? Take care and tell hubby I plan to keep them coming!

Mrs. Jackson: I have been a fan of yours from in the nineties. You are my favorite Author. I love all your books but I especially love all the series. I have read your books so long ago and have being buying them under the reprints and when I start to read I realized that I have read them before. I don't mind as the original books were given to friends and are at my vacation home in the British Virgin Islands. Keep up the good work and may god continues to bless you and your family.
A vacation home in the British Virgin Islands. Wow!! Can I come visit? Thanks for reading my stories!

Hi Brenda, I have been reading harlequin and Mills & Boons since I was 10 and raiding my big sister's bookshelf. You can't imagine how ecstatic I was to see romance stories about black men and women being written and published. I believe that I have purchased every book that Harlequin has published for you, and absolutely love the Kimani series. It was a hard decision, but recently I gave my hard copy novels to the public library so that others could share the joy that I found. I'm 37 now, and reading your novels is still my most favourite pasttime. Just to make sure that I get the latest books, I order them in ebook format. I fell in love with the Atlanta Westmorelands, and am totally enjoying the Denver Westmorelands' stories. Keep up the excellent work!
Thanks Tammy!

Mrs. Jackson, I have just had shoulder surgery and need a good book to ready. So far I have read 7 parts of the Madaris series in the past two weeks. I can't wait to get back to the book store or go on line to find the rest of the series. I a hooked on the MADARIS men. Looking foward to reading more of your books. Thanks for helping me to feel better while under the weather. I am a new fan.
Sharon, glad you're feeling better and I feel good knowing my books helped.

Mrs. Jackson I'm a big fan of yours and have been since I read Eternally Yours when I was when was 12. I know I was too young to be reading books like that, but I enjoyed and have been reading most of your books since then. Im not even close to finishing the Madaris Series, but me and my best friend have been trying to read every book in the series since we were 13 and now at 17 I'm determined to read the whole series. Love your books and hope to read many more in the coming future. Thanks!!
Thanks Courtney, and I agree 12 was rather young to be reading a Brenda Jackson book. And I plan to keep them coming. Take care!

Hello Mrs Jackson, I am a big fan of yours, and have several books. Just recently I discovered the Westmoreland series, and read the issues that have been re-released, Wrapped in pleasure, and Ravished by desire. I have to say they are the best books that I have read by far, I couldn't put them down. I am anxiously waiting the release of the Hot Westmoreland nights this month. Please can you tell me how or where I can possible back order the entire series?
Pincess, thanks for signing in. All the books in the Westmoreland series are not in print but are being reissued. I will announce in future newsletters what books are being reissued and when. Stone and Storm's stories are next.

Hi Brenda I want to wish you and your husband a belated happy b-day. I have all of the Westmoreland series of books except for Jared Counterfeit Fiancee, The Chase Is On, and The Durango Affair. I want to know if they are being re-released along with the others? If not can you tell me where I can find them. Keep up the wonderful work that you do and Gods Blessings.
Yes, in January 2011 is Ignited by Passion, which will contain Stone Old Surrender and Riding the Storm, and in February 2011 is Claimed by Desire, which includes Jared's Counterfeit Fiancee and The Chase is On. In 2012 you'll get Durango and Ian and Casey and McKinnon's story and Spencers.

Ms Jackson, I started reading your books about a year ago and have been hooked every since. You show that true romance is still alive in the African American community and I thank you. I never get tired of rereading the books of yours that I have and I have just about all of them. Once I start reading one of your books I cannot put it down and the outside world does not exist. Keep up the great writing and I look forward to reading the many books that you are sure to write. God Bless You, your are truely talented.

I love your writing and your books. In the short time that I've been reading your books (a little over a year), I have purchased fifty - six of your books. I have introduced them to my book club members. Next month we intend to read Her Little Black Book. Of course I've already it. I've talked about your books, so much that three of my long time girlfriends who don't have time to read (ages 48 -61) have asked me to find out if Her Little Black Book can be purchased as an audo book. I've searched but can't find it. Please tell me I'm not searching in vain.
No, I don't think Her Little Black Book is on audio. I have a few that are and can be purchased at audible.com. And if you have a Kindle it's on there and it can be read to you. After reading Her Little Black Book, make sure your friends read the sequel, Tis the Season...for Romance. All 4 stories are greared for their age group.

Hi Mrs. Jackson, Like one of your other readers, I received a Kindle as a Christmas present and the first book that I downloaded was you book Irresistable...I have been a faithful fan every sense. I love you as an author your books are wonderful and very entertaining. I hav most of them and I'm still downloading more. Keep doing your thing Mrs. Jackson! P.S. There are still a few books that are not on Kindle...please make all of your books available on Kindle
Making all my books available on Kindle is a tall order, but I will definitely try. I have a Kindle and I can't imagine my life without it. I even have my Bible on it. Imagine the looks I get in church when Gerald and I stand up to read the scripture and I'm holding my Kindle instead of the big Bible like everyone else. We like it because (and you didn't hear it from me) our eyesight isn't as good as they used to be and we can make the words larger.
Mamie
Hey Bren! How You Doing? I am fine getting ready to go back to school in a few more days. I am looking forward to it. After being out for a while. I see you have some new books out, and you know that I have to visit the store and check out my books, So that I know I will get them from you. Just in case I go to the store and they don't have the book or books that I want. Well take care hope to hear from you soon. Love Ya Mamie Peace!
Mamie, good hearing from you. Do good in school. OK I admit I sound like a mother, but with 2 sons I had plenty of practice.

I am a new reader all but 23 years old, I normally read the what some might call the "ghetto books", the ones with drugs and things of that sort. But i have grown out of that stage and was looking for something of substance that will keep me on my toes. So I picked up Perfect Timing, and loved it. I do have a new goal, I printed out your book list and I am on my way to reading them all. I think I may tackle this challenge by reading them by section starting with The Westmorelands.
Let me know which ones you like the best and I'm glad you decided to give romance novels a try. I truly do believe you will enjoy them.

Regarding the question of a fourth Mrs. Marc Foster, I seem to remember that Marc had an apartment key in his airport hangar locker. When Chris went to the apartment, he found rooms decorated for (i.e., dedicated to) each of the women. Instead of three rooms, there were four, which left the possibility of another woman. -- If I am not mistaken, this is from The Perfect Man. However, I have not read the series for some time.
Regina, I think (if I remember correctly) the 4th room belonged to the woman he truly loved - the blind lady. I will need to go back a re-read all 3 books again to make sure though.

Brenda, I had a question to ask you. At the end of Savvy Sistahs, Brandy is pregnant along with the other ladies but in the other books you mentioned her and Grey, you don't mention whether or not she had a boy or girl. I was just wondering did she have a baby or not?
Yes, she had her baby. A boy. Sorry if I didn't mention it to my readers. I'll be revisiting the Masters again when I write their cousin story. You haven't met them (their first cousins) yet...but you will.
Althea
Hi Brenda, I can officially announce that I have read all of the books that you have published...I am a huge fan, I can set up my own book store just from your books. I do now have a problem and that is I'm trying to get into some other authors and it's just not happening for me! you have truly spoiled me. Usually I read your books in one day but the next book up which is the Ramsey Westmoreland I am going to try and spend 3 days savoring it! Huge fan base in our book club.
Althea, you really do have to savor Ramsey. But don't savor him too much because you have Blade in April, Duan in May, Galen in June .... Need I go on??? And oh-oh, you're going to love Callum in September!!
Nadia
Hi Mrs. BJ, I know I wrote you a couple days ago but, i had to tell you how good " Intimate Seduction" was, I loved the ending. I picked "Taking care of business" back up to finish it. I was pleased with the ending of it too! I am about to read "Wrapped in Pleasure." I know it is going to be good! I wish I had more eyes and could read more than one at a time. I just started back going to college so now I try to read an entire book in two days! I absolutely REFUSE to give my reading up so I do what I have to do! I wanted you to know how good it makes me feel when i log back in and see that you have actually read and responded to these letters. Thank you so much for your great writing that you do! I know one thing: Your husband has to be a "great" guy. Tell him thank you for making you so happy and able to write such good stuff! Well until next time Mrs. Jackson: Have a great day!
Nadia, thanks for your email. Yes, I think Mr. J is definitely a great guy. He is definitely a keeper!! I enjoy corresponding with my readers because without you all, my book would just be another book on the shelf. I write for my readers' enjoyment.
