Brenda's Store Help Page

This page will include some simple instructions to help people to use Brenda's store. Please feel free to add comments at the bottom, so I can know what else needs to be addressed.

Your Account Information

You can find all your billing, and personal information under your account section. You can get to it, after you have loged in, by clicking the "My account" link near the top of the left menu. You should see it just under your username. If for some reason you can't see the menu, you can always get to your account page by going to http://www.brendajackson.net/users/your-username-here. Of course, change "your-username-here" to read whatever your username actually is.

Mailing and Billing Addresses

After you set up your username and password, be sure to go back to your "My account" page and add your addresses. The link to it is near the top of the left column menu titled "My account". Once you get into your account page, you will see a tab titled "Addresses". Just click that, and edit, or add whatever addresses you might want for shipping, and billing. Once you add them to your account, they get saved so you don't need to type them in each time you order.

Tracking Orders

In your "My account" pages, you will also find the "Orders" tab. Under this, you can track exactly what the status of your current order is. You can also see any past orders you might have made.

Getting Help

Any time you need help, just click the "Contact" link in the left hand menu (http://www.brendajackson.net/contact). There you'll find a form to send a message either to the webmaster, or Brenda, depending on what type of question, or comment, you have.
